Track Time from Outlook/Chrome

I have to record where all of my time is spent daily. It'd be brilliant if there was an easier way of doing it whilst using other programs or software.

I think adding the ability to time track to a google chrome extension would be good and then also in outlook. I know you already have both of these add ons for creating tasks but tracking time spent on emails would be brilliant!
