Hi Suzanne, what files are you looking for exactly? Are you getting error messages in Wrike? That shouldn't be happening!
I got a little yellow message at the bottom of page that simply said "Import Failed". I was using the same template structure I have used for dozens of imports. I verified everything that I know could cause an issue and it still kept failing. I was hoping there would be information on your site listing possible solutions.

I am getting exactly the same little yellow box messaging without any further description of help. I agree, it should not be happening.
