Add "Holiday" Task-forwarding Feature

Whenever someone from the team goes on leave, they hand over their tasks and responsibilities to another colleague to ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time during their absence.

I would like to suggest that a feature is created to temporarily re-assign tasks from one person to another for a specified period of time; this way going on holidays can be easy and seamless.
