More efforts in validation prompts
It would be great to see more efforts in implementing validation prompts for accidentally moving/shifting or deleting tasks, subtasks or projects.
Scenario: I was writing a list of subtasks for our developer to go over. During the process of writing out subtasks, I was given options of prefilled subtasks from different projects. Since I was going at a fast pace, I had accidentally hit the "enter" key. I didn't really think anything of it and just deleted the subtask. Low and behold, it deleted the subtask from its parent task. Although there was an "undo" feature, it wasn't enough for me to realize that the task was initially deleted. An hour or so later was when a colleague of mine asked me why the task was deleted. The subtask was easily restored but, overall, it wasn't a great experience.
It has come to my observation and experience that it's quite easy to delete or move tasks/subtasks. If there is a way to implement validation prompts and asks the user, "Are you sure you want to delete this task?", that would be awesome!
Thank you!
I also forgot to add the fact that this does have the potential to get annoying for some. That said, maybe you can add an on/off feature that lives within "profile settings"? That way, it'll give users the ability to turn the validation messages on or off.
