Update Suggest for Request Submissions

My team is considering using Wrike for our Bug Tracking and Issue Requests. We have created a form which includes multi check boxes. When you submit that form and it goes to a person as a work item to review the submission, the check boxes are removed, and they become just standard text. It would be nice if those remained as check boxes with the original form information. (In our situation to have those checked and unchecked all appear) This would allow for the recipient of the bug submission to review the issue, and make updates as they review. So for example if somebody submitted a bug with the box checked for iOS as the platform effected, but the person working the issue also noticed that it didn't display properly on Chrome either, they could update the issue by checked the box for Chrome.

This limitation is a big draw back for our team and one of the reasons we are leaning more toward using JIRA.
