Personal calendars for vacation/other

I would to see time added to the "Your work schedule" feature. I would like that feature to track non-billable time. Normally our work can be placed into a project but there are times we have to do admin or maintenance duties that are not billable. I think the "Your work schedule" should work in two ways, time off and time logged. Or if there is time logged against tasks, can they feed into the "Your work" and allow reporting.
