Limiting admin access on ceratin Request Forms

Right now, there are two ways to grant permissions to Request Forms; by granting a User admin access (which grants access to ALL Request Forms, for viewing and editing), and by granting access to one particular Form.

I think Wrike needs a more in-depth set of permissions to allow a User to be able to view and duplicate, but not edit or delete a Request Form.
