Show comments made to a file (in a task) in the Dashboard's Activity Stream.

As of now comments made to a file only show up in the Stream panel when you're in the Task. But that comment doesn't show up with you're in your Dashboard under Activity Stream. The Activity Stream in Dashboard only shows you comments and messages made in the task but ignores all comments (and new comments) to a file uploaded to the task.
