special format for Questions/Answers in task comment thread
in the comments portion of a task, it would be great to have the option to format certain comments officially as "Questions". somewhat similar to how a product on amazon.com has a question and answer section (see attached screengrab). it would have fields for one question only, and could be tagged to certain people. the tagged people could answer, and the answer would directly follow the question and they would be locked together in the thread of comments.
then as a user, your dashboard would give you a way of seeing if you had unanswered "Questions" tagged to you.
That would be a very nice feature for us too! We do a lot IT-Support and to the most of the Requests we have Questions. Great idea Dana! :)
