Task Dependencies not Considered in the "My Work" screen

If I make 1 task dependent on another it means it can not be started until its predecessor has been completed.

It would be great if wrike didn't allow people to work on tasks that were dependent or it at least gave a warning to say "this tasks predecessor hasn't been completed yet".

As it stands if you are using wrike to schedule work to peoples task list they could potentially work on tasks that by the plan should not be being worked on.
