Provide more field for user profile, and let the admin edit them (and provide admin only fields too)

When I manage collaborators, some group of them present an important turnover. Sometimes I do not remember if I should remove someone or not (or at least restrict their access right). Providing a comment field to the platform admin would allow me to set some end of contract date for instance for those collaborators.

Adding phone number field would be interesting too.

Eventually, the admin should be able to add/modify the user profile on Wrike
