Add Calendar view to "Shift Date" mass action

When you're in list view you can perform mass actions such as change the start date, the end date, etc. There's a particularly useful one which will move the whole project: shift date. However, unlike the "start date" or "end date" it doesn't . have a calendar to pick the date from! Totally needed here peeps!
