[Duplicate] Automatic update of Task Status from New to In progress if time is added

I am requesting a change so that, when time is added to a task with the status "New", the status automatically gets changed to "In progress". This cannot be achieved automatically at this time.

Just so I'm clear on the details here, when you schedule a task or set a duration, you want the status to automatically update?
Or is it when you start Time Tracking on a task? If so, this existing thread might be of interest to you. You can vote for the idea there by clicking the '+' icon under the original post from Keeley 👍
Hi Stephen, it is the latter, and Keeley’s post at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115002563925-Automatic-update-to-task-status-when-timer-is-started- is exactly what I need. I voted for it. My original post is a duplicate of Keeley’s and needs to be deleted, how do I do that??
