querying tasks with a certain customfield value

I'm doing this:
curl -g -X GET -H 'Authorization: bearer [redacted]' 'https://www.wrike.com/api/v3/tasks?customField={"id":"IEAAWVOMJUAAH43R","value":"NIC Plugin"}'
But getting this:

What am I doing wrong?
