PDF previews of type are not previewing properly. This is a BIG problem.
As you can see in the headline above. the letters are getting cut off in the Wrike preview of the PDF and my proofreaders are marking all the type as being incorrect. But when I download the PDFs and view them in Acrobat they are correct. Your PDF previews are NOT working for us. This needs to be fixed ASAP or we will cancel Wrike. Not worth the hassle. We have too many ads to proof and this just wastes our time.

Todd, I can see from your discussion with our Support team that the issue may be related to the OS being not up to date. Was it possible for you to update it and check how the preview works after that?

We are having the same issue and are up to date with OS (15.5).

Our team is having this issue too. On Macs – OSX 15.5 (which I believe is up-to-date). Look forward to an update to the issue. Glad to know it's not an issue with our PDF or font though.
