Convert Task to Blueprint

To save an existing task as a blueprint, right-click on the task and select "Save as Blueprint" from the drop-down menu. This option lets you create a reusable template from your task, which can be used to create new tasks with the same attributes.

Once saved, your blueprint will be located in the Blueprints section of your Wrike workspace. You can access this section by clicking on the Blueprints option in the left-hand navigation panel. To create a new task from the blueprint, right-click on the task blueprint and select "Create from Blueprint."

 

As you might be aware, there is currently no direct way to create blueprints directly from emails. We will ensure your feedback is forwarded to the appropriate Product Team 👍

 

Also, It appears that a similar post already exists. To maintain clarity and avoid duplication, we will be deleting the other post.

Hi Rohan! Sorry, I wasn't clear. I want to be able to convert a task to an existing blueprint. I thought that was possible for folders and projects, but I see now I was mistaken, and this doesn't appear to be possible for any object type. I think this could be a useful feature, but I could also see how it could be messy.
