Easily show which request forms are using which blueprints (and vice versa)
It would be amazing if we could easily see from the blueprint perspective/item view which request forms are pulling it. Currently, there is no way to tell on the blueprint level which are being used in any forms.
On the flip side, it would be great if on the request form side, we can easily see the total blueprints that are either added or replaced from within it. Currently, I find myself having to expand every single question to see if there is a one that triggers a blueprint and there is no one place within the form settings that gives you an overview as to which blueprints are present from anywhere in the form. This is tiresome for really long forms and can result in issues in the future when items need to be edited.

Hi there! It would be incredibly useful to have a way to track if a blueprint is being used or pulled in from a request form and to see when it was last accessed. This feature would help us monitor blueprint usage, identify outdated templates, and ensure we’re working with the most current and relevant versions. We’d love to see this feature added!
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Judy Feldmeier! We’ll keep you posted on any developments.

To build on this, I know there are new updates to the backend of Request Forms where we now see "Creates", however this only pulls from the main configuration of the form. What's missing for this to be truly effective is if other blueprints were listed here as possibilities to be replaced/added in!
To build on my last comment - it would be nice as well if it states on the Request Form overview section in settings whether the main item is a task or project. For any other blueprints created within the form itself, it would be important to also state if they are projects or tasks.
