Workflows/Automation/Cross-tagging

Hello,

How are you cross-tagging projects to a space if you have a project that would need to be cross-tagged to a space but isn't the same kind of project where the previous automation set up in that space wouldn't apply to the project(s) being cross-tagged there? Since I have that automation set up, if impacts those cross-tagged projects each time the workflow changes.

For example, I have an implementation space and also an infrastructure space. The infrastructure project needs to cross-tag to the implementation space, but because it is a different kind of project that the others that are utilizing the implementation workflow, the automation wouldn't apply to the infrastructure projects. I can't use the "add-to" function because it would apply to all. 

I need the infrastructure project to be in the implementation space but also cross-referenced to our FY25 Capital project where this is a sub project from and also to the infrastructure space. Any thoughts"
