small project documents - project brief
Hello all,
I am really a fan of Wrike. I especially like the flexibility and personalization of all fields and forms. However, what I miss in the building blocks is the ability to clearly include the project plan or project letter in the Wrike structure. (small text docs) The project letter is meant to create a unified expectation for all stakeholders and team members (paragraphs describing the scope, business justification etc.). During project implementation, this document can be a clear reference to see if you are still on track. So it should stand out throughout the project.
I tried several ways to get this done. Description, Custom item, Request form but still it is very congested and fields are too small to type texts.
All tips are welcome
We add this information to the description-field of a project itself (not a subtask). We created a blueprint for new projects where the structure is already given, so that the information has always the same format.
We do it now in descriptions as well. The point is that you have fewer options in reports. Especially when scope changes occur and you want to create an overview of the scope change's impact on time and money.
With fields you do have that but to type paragraph text in fields is not a luxury in Wrike.
I really want the brief topics more on the front. I even tried the custom item type combined with the request form for easy typing
