We utilize email integration for our Intake process. The requestor completes a form in our HelpDesk portal. The system creates a ticket and formulates the email. Sends it to Wrike@wrike.com to create the task. Because we have a custom workflow for Intake process and our Projects, I needed a method to assign a custom status to the task created by the email. Preface your custom status with "C:" to get it assigned with the email. For example, a task called New Project Request could be created in Wrike and assigned status of "New Intake" if the last portion of your subject has the following
New Project Request[<folder levels for task location>][<start and end date>][CS:New Intake]
