Permalink Functionality in iOS app
I would like to use the app more for accessing Wrike on the go, but I feel limited by the features available. One element in particular that presents challenges is permalinks. We use permalinks in meeting agendas and sometimes in task descriptions to help connect work. The iOS app does not appear to support the use of the permalinks. In the desktop and web versions, a permalink is hyperlinked and the name of the task/project/folder appears so you can see what the link is for. On the app, however, only the URL appears and it is not actually clickable. This can make it difficult to navigate from one area to another. Would be helpful is this functionality could be added to the app to make it more user-friendly when accessing Wrike on a phone or tablet.
Hello Melissa Mourer, thank you very much for creating this post. I'm afraid I'm not 100% sure I understand your case. May I please ask you to include a screenshot or mention an example of how you use your permalinks?
If you include a permalink of a task in another task description, it should be clickable. Looking forward to your reply!
Oddly enough, the issue I was having before seems to have resolved itself. I went on my iOS app to capture screenshots as you requested and the permalinks show correctly and function just as they do on the desktop. Not sure what the issue was previously, but as of this morning, it looks to be working.
