Add file to multiple tasks/projects

It would be helpful to be able to add a file to more than one task/project/folder. Instead of having to copy it to multiple locations, being able to tag it to more than one place would be helpful like you can with projects/tasks and folders. That way you don't end up with duplicates or have to remember which location has the most current version. It would also preserve any comments/proofing notes tied to that specific file. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?

Hi Melissa,

you can use wrike's sharepoint integration to be able to link files to where you want without uploading them multiple times.

Thanks for the suggestion, Florian. Does sharing files via SharePoint give you the same functionality regarding approvals, editing and proofing from within Wrike? If so, this might be something for our team to consider. We don't currently use SharePoint for file sharing, but I am always open to looking at different ways of evolving the way we do our work with one another.

Hi Melissa Mourer,

file approval works the same, but editing is not possible within wrike. You have to edit the source, I guess.

Using the comment function for bitmaps and pdf files with sharepoint is limited to wrike's pinnacle plan, unfortunately.
