Customized Field Doesn't Show for Reports and Dashboard
Hi folks,
We have a customized field created by our Senior individual, but it is not showing for Reports and Dashboard. Is there anyway we can include it as a part of our Reports or Dashboard.

Hi Kamran Amini, the Wrike team have to add Custom Fields to your Reports/Dashboards manually. If you create a support ticket they usually action it within 24 hours.

can you elaborate a little bit more your request?
You want to add custom field in Analyze Report or in a Standard Report. If you need to add to Analyze Report follow Jess Cuddy answer, if you need to a Standar report reply to next question.
Custom field is calculated field?
Is about task or project?
What type of custom field you have created (text, number, select, other)?
For what concern dashboard can you specify what type of widget you want to add?
How is the custom field setup? Look at these settings to ensure it has what is needed to be included in other areas.

Hi Kamran, you can view that by going to the Space (or account settings) and view the Custom Fields area, then click on the custom field you'd like to edit. It should appear on the right side of the screen.
Yeah, this option for accessing this space is limited and I'll just wait until the main administrator is back next week.

I'm noticing my custom CALCULATED field does not show up in Reports (but does show up in the new Table view). How can I have it show/be available in Reports?

Hi Juan - appreciate you pitching in! I already created the custom field, calculating the project's date and it's working, calculating the result as expected in the Table view. However, when I try to bring that field into a Report, it's not available.

Hi Eric, no, it's for the standard tabular report. And yea, I wondered that too and asked support if a similar request is required to use calculated custom field in report -- will update this thread once I get the answer.
Update, as of Nov 2023, Wrike Support confirmed custom calculated field is not available in the standard Reports (for completeness, it can be made available in Analytics by submitting a request to Wrike).
To get around this, there is a Calculated Fields in Reports functionality currently available for activation in Wrike Labs: Early Previews & Experiments (wrike.com/labs). Once activated, you can then perform various calculations in any Report, which effectively creates a new calculated field that is then available to all Reports.
