Workflow Transfers
I would love to see a feature where you can easy exchange a custom workflow to new custom workflow in all the workflow steps when it's about to be delete or exchange with another workflow to change the workload pace. Once the feature is launch, I hope it would bring a notification window to give a warn if necessary to change or not. 😊

Yes, I think it would be similar with a visual.
Let me know if it's still confusing.
We currently only have the option to delete workflows, but no ability to change the deleted workflow to existing workflows.
This is my suggestion for a feature where it can be easy to change workflows that are planning to be deleted into existing workflows.
