Automation to unassign a user from tasks/projects/folders
Hello Everyone!!
Does anyone know how to un-assign a user from a task using Automation?
I am able to remove them using the 'Mass Section' feature but I would like to remove assigned users from a task/project/folder when the status changes to 'Task Not Required' via automation.
Any suggestion would be helpful.

As a possible workaround, you could create an automation rule to mention all the assignees when the task has been completed, indicating to them that they can remove themselves from the list of assignees:
