Need offering between free and teams plan

We are a 2 person team. Free plan 150 tasks limit is too low, and we need folders.

However, to get folders, you have to go to business plan, minimum 8 users/$200 per month. We don't have/need 8 users so would be wasting money.  We would love to have gantt charts as well - so the team plan would be perfect. BUT, it doesn't have folders. 

It would be great if there was a simple plan that had folders, gantt chart, higher limit of active tasks, for smaller teams of 2-5 people.
