Ability to compare 2022 to 2023 in Wrike Analyze

I am looking to build a report that will compare 2022 bookings (effort allocated to resources) to 2023 bookings. I would like the option to break this down by discipline/groups we have already created in Wrike. (programming, animation, project management, and design). Is this possible within Wrike analyze and if so, how?

Hello Nicole,

could you please specify what do you mean by booking (Project booked effort or Task effort) and by discipline/group? Would that be a Custom Field, User Job Role, or User Groups? If either of the first two, it should be feasible, as per examples below - could you please check whether this would work for you?

I would like to see the Overall Project booked effort by User Groups from 2022 vs 2023. I do not see the option to set up my analyze as you did in the images above?

Hi Nicole,

I apologise for a late answer, I haven't seen your message. :(

If you don't see those fields in your Analyze, you could follow the instructions from the following article to have them enabled: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/14598403615127--From-Wrike-Financial-Fields-and-Resource-Management-in-Advanced-Analytics-Wrike-Analyze- :)

However, as far as User Groups are concerned, Analyze doesn't support them at the moment. You'd have to use a different group by field (such as user job role, custom fields, etc).
