Making approvers optional

Is it feasible to add 3 approvers for a workflow step and if any of them approves - Approval is finished and moves to next step ?

Currently, if I add 3 approvers, approval from all of them become mandatory to move forward.

Hello Suvita Bansal, welcome to the Community 👋🏻

Currently, in order to complete the approval process, all approvers need to give a decision or the approval creator can complete it manually.

If you can clarify what is the next step, I can try to suggest automation or a workaround for you 😊

Hi, I have the same issue. I need two approvers in case one of us is off work for new requests for activities from our system engineers, the solution in use is that once one of us approves she/he eliminates the other approver from the task. If there was this option to specify that only on approver is needed would be great for us too.

Hello Suvita Bansal, thanks for posting. The most straightforward workaround to this is what Anna mentioned above. When the first person approves the approval, they have to cancel it to finish the process. You will still see the decision as approved on the comments stream.

Another option would be to use the Automation Engine as a reminder. You can create a rule if task status doesn't change in X days, @mention the task assignee(s)/responsible so they can finish the approval process.

Please let me know if this helps for now 🙋🏻‍♀️
