Job Role in Users' list excel exportation

Hi everyone, I was wondering why it is not possible to have job roles in the xls users' list. I tipically have to fix this manually once i open the file but we're talking about 120 users, which means a lot of time wasted.

This number may also be increasing in future (for me) or it can be very small compared to other companies users' lists (which means more time to fill the cells). I really hope this feature could be implemented by the team.

Surprised to see that running an Excel import properly displays the job role title in the spreadsheet, yet we cannot import it using the same logic/formatting.
