Custom Field Single Select datasource
I feel this one update would drastically change our Wrike usage. If the source for a custom field single select (and multi select) options could be populated by a group of tasks, it would be amazing! Say I have a folder with a Custom Item type for all of my clients, and the Title is the clients name, if I pointed the single select field to that group of Items it would populate the field with the their Names. Can you imagine the use cases for this! If you could point the single select to other fields within the items in that group to use as a data source, you would start getting into CRM territory! Please Please add something like this!
HI @... Not quite. What I would like is the custom field to be populated by the titles of a group of custom item types. Say I have a folder that holds employee info, and I have create an employee custom item type to use for each employee. If I could then point the single select custom field to that employee folder and it would populate the single select list from the titles of the items in the folder. Then when I added or removed employees from that folder, the custom field would update automatically.
