Allow Approvals in Default Workflow
I'm not sure if there's a reason why approvals aren't allowed for the default workflow—but this would be extremely helpful!
Our agency uses one workflow for all projects and right now we are having to use a custom workflow (which is great) but the Default Workflow still pops up as an option in rare instances, despite updating the workflow for every space/folder/project I could conceivably update.
If I could add approvals to the Default Workflow, this would eliminate any confusion and prevent any items from getting lost in the fold.
@... this is the solution our agency currently has in place, it's just a bit tedious to have to make sure every workflow option is updated everywhere we use it currently. Is there a specific reason that the Default Workflow doesn't have this capability?
I've come across this issue too. I'm using briefing forms and emails that create new tasks. Every task ends up with the wrong workflow because I've had to create a custom workflow because it allows approvals. I'm having to create elaborate automations to try to get around and not quite succeeded yet...
