Duplicate workflow/CIT... on space level

Hi

I really love that it go everything to space level. But the only thing I'm miss is that I have to do all steps on each space again.

It would be nice if I'm able to duplicate existing workflows, CIT and requestforms directly on space level. More less they are always the same but with small deviations.

Hi Lukas Flatz, thank you for your comment! It is possible to duplicate worflows and request forms at the Space level, please find the instructions below.
 
To duplicate a workflow at the Space level, please navigate to the Space settings and open the "Workflows" tab, hover over the relevant workflow, click on the three-dot icon and select the option "Duplicate".
 
 
As for request forms, navigate to the Space settings, open the "Request forms" tab and right-click on the relevant form. You will see the option "Duplicate".
 
 
With regards to the Custom Item Type, I will gladly pass your feedback on to our Product Development Team so they can look into it and consider its implementation. Thank you for your suggestions!

Hi Lukas Flatz, thank you for the clarification! In that case, would converting the workflow to an account workflow be an option for you? This way, it would be available in all your Spaces.

Hi Juan, no that will not help because the spaces has sometime little diffrences and if I do that global, everything would be change and that goes really wrong.

An other idea would be that I can make my own template like this

Than I can change it in the created space.
