Set the new item type menu for the entire account

As an account admin, I want to adjust the default menu for new items. This is now possible for spaces, but not for the entire account. See comments from feb 7th to feb 27th in https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/10596571670551--Weekly-Conversations-How-are-You-Using-Custom-Item-Types-?page=1#community_comment_12717131721879
