Create different subtasks from request form
I have a workflow where I'd like to create a project with multiple different subtasks from a request form. The requester will enter different details for each task; each task uses the same custom fields but will have different information. I'd like to minimize the number of times the requester has to fill in the request form. The goal is to create a purchase request project, where each task entered is a separate line item to be purchased.
Hi Mike Fank,
you can create a form with dropdown select and for each choice add a different subtask.
This subtask can be added from a blueprint, so with one choice you can add several subtask.
Some additional details I think I was missing. My goal would be for an individual to fill in the form to request a purchase from a supplier (ex. Amazon), and then Wrike would create separate subtasks for each item they want to purchase. I can create a single-select question to ask "do you have more items to add", where "yes" adds a subtask and "no" submits the form, but then how do I get the requester to add details to each subtask? Each subtask will be the same item type but have different descriptions, quantities, and costs.
Hi Mike Fank, with current form you cannot achieve your goal.
You'll need, as I want too, the possibilità to have a request form with "add row", like image below
Have you already submitted a feature request for this?
Not yet Mike Fank
Later I'll create and give you a link to upvote ;)
This post has a related idea with custom fields and request forms. I added my comment to this suggestion (I used your screenshot to post). I have 2 different spaces, where I'd like the request forms to do different things.

Thanks Mike!
