[Duplicate] Multi-Select Field (Custom Columns)

We'd like to select multiple options within a custom field. For instance, if I have multiple departments accountable for a project, I would like a list displayed of those departments that I can add.

This way we can then pull a report easily showing that SysOps has 10 project currently assigned.
