name prompt

Dear Wrike,

We use Wrike as a marketing team.  I can add people within the team to different projects by typing @ and the first few letters of the first name of each person.

However, I can't add @Kay.  She does not appear in the prompt when I type the first few letters nor the full name.  Why does it not function for one person, but the other members of the team are fine?  I tried @first name and @last name.  Not working.
