Format Short Answer in Request Forms
I would like to be able to format the output of short answers, like time format or telephone or even decimal places. This functions would be very helpful.

Hi Kurt, I really like this idea! Do you think these examples should be default fields for Request form, or just an editing option you could choose for a short question?
I would also like to add e-mail addresses to the formatting type. When you select a short answer you could pick the formatting type form a list such as general, numbers (with specific formatting options), time, e-mail address(es), etc.
