Allow Collaborators to view snapshots of reports within the reports section

A snapshot can be generated and anyone with the link can view it (great!), however, if you are logged in as a collaborator then you don't have the option to view the snapshot of a report you have permission to see.

I would request the ability for anyone (a collaborator) which has access to a report to be able to see the snapshots of it. Otherwise, i have to generate a report every month and because there are no folders on the reports screen it would get incredibly cluttered if I have a report for each team each month
