Reports to See User Access

Visibility into which Tasks/Projects/Folders have been Shared with Specific Users. It would be nice to be able to run a report to see what has been shared with a specific user or group.

This is something that I also would like to see in the future

Hi Kelli, were you looking for something like what Matt asked for?

I would say this is a bit different. In Wrike I can already log in and see folders and such through the eyes of the users. Instead, I want to be able to run reporting to be able to have a complete list of who is shared on each folder.

It would help to be able to audit our enterprise account. ESPECIALLY because there is no way to limit the users each office can see in an enterprise account, occasionally users will accidentally assign or at tag the wrong user, giving them access to tasks or projects outside their network. This is especially problematic as we need to keep each office siloed from the others.

As the lead for the entire system, it would be nice for me to be able to troubleshoot when issues arise but also audit our entire platform to ensure no sharing is in effect that should not be.

@Kelli makes sense! Instead of a user-focused Report (what Matt is asking for), you want a report run on Folders/Projects to see who they're shared with (and the option to look for specific users).

Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread, but we have need for this exact report for compliance reasons and I cannot seem to locate either the feature or any update on its status besides this request. Any chance this is possible, even if only through the API?

Hey everyone! Access Reports are available on Enterprise subscriptions, and they allow you to see

  • who a folder, project, or space is shared with (and who has access to any descendant items).
  • what a person or group has access to.
  • if folders, projects, or spaces are shared with someone other than those who it should be shared with.
  • the list of public calendar links, who created them, and when.
  • on accounts with Wrike Proof: a list of Guest Users who’d been invited to review files attached to tasks, folders, and projects.

This is even more critical now with various private and public spaces.

I'm familiar with other software that have Permission Access Trees showing who has access to areas of the program either by user or department or defined permission templates.  This is a very important component that is missing in accounts that aren't on the Enterprise subscriptions.
