Folllowing List for Post: Ability to filter on high Importance
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
Would allow to display "Important" tasks in the dashboard
@Raphael Yes it would :) Welcome to the forums 😇
We would also like this feature since our team likes to see the exclamation points when needed. For now, we have to use a High Priority folder. Since both are in use, ideally I need to create a Custom Widget to show both. 😆
Our team uses the exclamation point to indicate timeline critical tasks within a project. Would love to see this added as a filter in Dashboards.
Oddly, I currently have this on one of my dashboards, and it appears to function as you describe. I believe I created it using the old widget editor. I cannot find the options to create a new one in the current editor however. Was the Importance filter depreciated (accidentally?) during implementation of the new Dashboard Widget gallery (announced 4/27/18)?
From my old dashboard, I can even open the widgets in list view, alter the other filters (leaving the importance filter intact) and even the folder and save it as a different widget on a different dashboard. Looks like the capability exists, but we can't find the buttons to click for it (if they are still there). Since I did not know to make every possible combination, I didn't make High & Normal, Low & Normal, or High & Low Importance filter combos.
My team is also requesting this feature, so we would like it (back?) too.
Please let me know if I can provide any useful info to help anyone with this issue, or to further describe the feature that we would like (restored?).
In this two treads is mentioned a solution for this need:
Using "priority:high" in the search bar
