Ability to enter Custom Workflow menu from the "Change Workflow" menu

Hi,

For ease of use, it would be great if there was a "Create new Workflow" option at the bottom of the menu of existing workflows when right-clicking a task/project/folder in the righthand menu and choosing "Change Workflow".

Having to click into settings, then work-flow, then browse through all the workflows to create a new one is a longer process - it would be great if there was a "quick-function" to creating a new one.
