I've paid but there is no service.

Dear Sir

I paid your service on 2014. That's good at Outlook Addin. However I cannot convince staff to use because of all UI is English. So I stop service  on 2015. This year I found UI has some chinese I convince to use your service. So I paid last week. But I cannot find Outlook addin today. I ask your staff he said you just stop it last year and ask us to use gmail or office 365. We have bought office 2016, 2013 and 2010. Why we have to paid office 365 again. Would you please get us Outlook Addin.
