Dashboards not loading

Hi there,

My Dashboard area is not currently working - just gets stuck on the loading screen - but never loads.

This is a very important screen for me - please can you urgently assist,

Hi Stuart, our Support Team can definitely help. I'm creating a ticket for you now. In the meantime, could you try viewing your Dashboards in an incognito window or in a different browser? That will help Support know if it's a browser issue or something else going on.

Hi Stephanie,

Apologies if it results in duplicate issues - but I also just raised this with one of your colleagues using Live Chat - confirmed did not work in incognito or Internet Explorer. He thought it would need to be passed on to the engineers to look at and hoped to have some result in the next day or two.

As a complete side note - I would have preferred to have used LiveChat from the beginning, but when I used the Account menu to access Help, the Help Center page I was taken to only included the 'Ask Wrike' option in the lower right hand corner (which i followed to submit this request) - it was only after I saw the 'Submit a Request' button which goes through to a page which has a link to 'Live Chat'. I don't think the regular user would intuitively know the difference between 'submitting a request' and 'asking wrike' and yet there are two different workflows with two different levels of service/support depending on this. Anyway - doesn't really bother me- just general feedback for you in case of use.

solution: search "change proxy settings" > turn off "use setup script" > turn on "auto detect settings"
