like to see the opened task card shown in a separate panel from any view
I'd like to see the opened task card shown in a separate panel for any view that I use.
Example: I'm working in table mode, I'd like the option to have a panel pane remain open and when I click once on a task have it's content viewed automatically in that pane. A case sample is: I have team meetings and use the "table-view" for our agenda. To view a task comments, I have to click the icon to open the task and it appears in its own window. (just a lot of wasted time)
Second Feature request regarding the same PANE suggestion. I have dual monitors. It will also be nice if we had the option to have that pane "pop-out" and can drag it to a second monitor and have it stick there.

Hi Todd, happy to hear from you here! I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly. Right now when you click on a task on the Table View, the task opens in an overlay window which blocks out the information on the table. You would like to see the task appear in a panel next to the table so that you can see both the table and the task at the same time. Is that right?
In terms of your second request, I use dual monitors as well, so completely understand where you're coming from. It requires more clicks than what you're suggesting, but have you checked out the option to open a task in a separate tab?
