Time tracking for Professional
Hi,
Have been using Wrike for years now, much to my satisfaction. Being one of your ambassadors I recommended Wrike to a number of collegues.
Yesterday a collegue opened her account looking for help in de collaboration-with-her-team-, time tracking and gantt chart departement. I advised her to go for the Professional account as that would cover all her needs. Unfortunately it seems her professional account does not cover time tracking, a tool she was really looking forward to. The business account however is getting too expensive for her.
Wanted to share this with you, because it made me feel a bit disappointed. On the one hand because I had the impression Wrike was NOT getting more and more expensive while in the meantime there seems to be a shift in features, and on the other hand because she was very enthousiastic about using Wrike, but now has to use an extra time tracking tool.

Hi Yvette, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this! The Professional package did used to include the Time Tracker, but that was at a time when the Business package didn’t exist. We aim to be scalable for different team types and sizes, so once we had released several new features to build on that goal, we reshuffled our subscription packages to introduce the new Business plan. As a result, Time Tracking was shifted to the new plan.
The article you refer to includes the subtask screenshot matching legacy Professional accounts, and I sincerely apologize it caused this confusion. I’ll be happy to connect your colleague to their Account Manager to discuss subscription packages and possible solutions in more detail.
