It would be extremely useful to be able to create a form of Project Level note that would appear to anyone working on any Tasks associated with that project. This can take any of a number of forms, a dedicated section on the tasks, or a free floating 'sticky' note, etc.

Unfortunately it's not quite what we're looking for. What I'd like to see is some small dismiss-able note that pops up no matter which task in the project you pull up. This would be for critical must know information, whereas the project level could have more general information on it. The general 'good to know' information can drown out more critical things, and even if the critical items are made clear, it relies on people checking it regularly.
