Alternative keyboard shortcut for moving between tasks

As we use a keyboard with a Norwegian setup, the [ and ] to move between tasks in a list is unavailable (the reason being that these keys already require the "alt" key to be pressed). 

Can you please add a second option to move up/down a tasklist?

Hi Erik, thank you for your suggestions here. I can see how this would make sense considering the keyboard differences for regions. We've made our Product Team aware of this and if there are any updates, I'll post the information here. Thanks again for sharing!
