Request Form Suggestion: Password protect public link option
We're currently using the public link for individuals to submit creative requests but it's getting out of hand because too many unauthorized individuals are using the link. Implementing password protection for all and/or individual public links would allow us "reset" access by changing the password and only distribute it to those who should have access.
A simple 'Enable Password for Public Link' checkbox would be awesome!

How are people getting your link to the form?
I set up a landing page that displays all of our request form links for easy access. That landing page is password-protected, but anyone can still access any wrike public link as long as they have it saved, unless the wrike public link itself was password-protected.
Miguel, that would mean you would have to change the password to allow only certain people to access it.
Are the people who are accessing the link your employees or outside people (clients, customers, etc.)

That`s correct, and that`s what I`d like to do.
The people accessing are employees who don`t have an account with Wrike.
Miguel, your best bet is to change the process with your team. Maybe even write on the form when and how to use the form. If people are using it and they should not, then I think you may have a break down in when and why they should be using the form. Maybe in the form, if the task comes into a hopper you can have owner of the task, let the employee know, that they should not have submitted the request.
