Allow task recurrence to extend indefinitely
Why the '60 times or 1 year' max on task recurrence? Could we please turn this off and allow a recurring task to just continue indefinitely? This would be useful for work that must be done on a recurring basis and has no final/end date. Currently a separate reminder has to be created to set up another recurring task.
thx

Hi Scott, thank you for posting here! I wanted to share another post which includes that idea too, please let me know if this is what you were looking for too: Improve How Recurring Tasks Work.
Yes, the thread you reference discusses the same issue I am bringing up (plus some related things). I would like a way to set recurring tasks and not have a limit on number of iterations. I sure hope Wrike can do this in the near future. This would really help me. thanks

Hi Scott! Wanted to let you know that it's now possible to sign up for a beta program to test out new task recurrence logic in that thread. This beta includes a higher limit - now you can create up to 999 recurrences in a chain! :)
Anastasia, how do I sign up for the beta, to try this out? I looked in labs but don't see it there. thx

Scott, our Support Team will help with that in no time. I'm creating a ticket for them right now so they could help enable the beta. :)
Why 999. I have tasks that are done daily. That means that it will run out in 3-4 years. I would like to see a task set up indefinitely as our organization wants to use this as a long term solution. Is there a notification that it is going to expire or does the task just stop?
