@Lauren right now it's not possible for the users to do it themselves, you can only upload a new picture. I've passed your feedback to our Product team for consideration.

@Lisa we would like the ability to 1) be able to revert to initials in the avatar and 2) allow users to ALSO choose the color of their avatar. As an admin, when I create a group I can choose the avatar color. But users can't do that.

At the moment, we have multiple team members using initials as their avatar, but they are so similar in color that it is difficult to tell who has work assigned to them. Some users just do not want to use a photo. (Our current workaround is to create initial avatars in a graphics program and pick the color!)

Same for me please, much easier to spot my stuff when it was just initials! Was originally pink background if that's choose-able!
